Andrea was able to give us an educated forecast for what we might be able to list our house months before we were ready to list. Based on market trends combined with current values. She was able to give suggestions on some low cost updates and upgrades we could do during the time before we listed. These small projects definitely helped with our showing. Andrea also staged our house with her own supplied items. The staging helped make our house look more like a show home than a house with 2 kids and a dog. She also hired professional photographer and 3D walk through photographer. Andrea was always quick to get us answers to questions or to get us info from other agents sending feedback with our showings.
